Housekeeping Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Staff to join our team from September 2026. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organisation and service quality.

You will help maintain high standards across guest spaces, accommodations and related environments, while contributing to the premium image and hospitality experience of Amani.

Your Mission

• Clean and prepare rooms, living spaces and common areas to a high standard.
• Ensure all assigned spaces are tidy, hygienic and guest-ready.
• Change bed linen, towels and replenish amenities when needed.
• Report maintenance issues, missing items or damages to management.
• Follow daily checklists and operational procedures.
• Work efficiently while respecting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Contribute to a welcoming, calm and professional environment.

Required Profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality or a related role is appreciated.
• Good sense of organisation and attention to detail.
• Serious, punctual and trustworthy attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and respectful behaviour.
• Willingness to learn and maintain quality standards.
• Professional presentation and positive mindset.

Languages

• Swahili: appreciated
• English: basic to good level appreciated
• French: a plus, but not mandatory
