Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and proactive Villa Manager & Cleaning Inspector to join our team from September 2026.

This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate daily villa operations, supervise housekeeping teams, inspect cleaning quality, and ensure every guest arrival meets Amani’s premium standards.

Your Mission

  • Oversee the day-to-day preparation and presentation of villas.
  • Inspect villas after cleaning and before guest check-in.
  • Ensure all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor areas meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff, maintenance teams and external service providers.
  • Report missing items, damages or technical issues quickly and clearly.
  • Follow checklists and make sure all properties are guest-ready on time.
  • Support operational organisation and smooth guest experience.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, presentation and discretion.

Required Profile

  • Experience in villa management, hospitality, housekeeping supervision or property operations is highly appreciated.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage several tasks and properties efficiently.
  • Confident, responsible and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with different team members.
  • Professional communication and service mindset.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone communication and basic digital tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Villa inspection before arrivals and after departures.
  • Quality control of cleaning and housekeeping standards.
  • Stock and supply checks for guest essentials.
  • Coordination of cleaning schedules and operational timing.
  • Reporting and follow-up on maintenance issues.
  • Support to guest readiness and service excellence.

Languages

  • Swahili: appreciated
  • English: good spoken level preferred
  • French: a plus
